In her two decades working as a real estate professional, Kim has collaborated with several well-known and established firms. From each firm she has learned something new and grown as an individual and as a professional in the real estate business. The connections she has developed provide the resources needed to support every client's real estate needs.
Kim completed her master's degree at Cal State Hayward in finance and has also completed her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) training. She is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). Kim has been nationally recognized as an agent in the 99th percentile for the past several years, and has received the Pinnacle Award along with recognition from the Bay East Association of Realtors for three consecutive years.
Aside from being one of the highest-producing and most efficient realtors in the Bay Area, Kim has been a native of the area since 1990 and has seen the market change over three decades. She has also been a Dublin resident for the past 20 years, raising both of her children in the city; her eldest attended Dublin High School.
With over a decade of experience working alongside top-producing agent Kim Deol, Linda brings a deep understanding of real estate operations and client service to her role as Kim's professional assistant. Having started as Kim's transaction coordinator, she has developed a strong foundation in managing every stage of the real estate process, from offer to closing, with precision and care.
In her current role, Linda provides comprehensive administrative and client support to ensure the seamless flow of each transaction: managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, organizing client databases and files, coordinating showings and open houses, and assisting with contracts and closing documentation.
